This page explains how Haze Pharma Limited handles personal information sent through this website. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
We only collect what you enter in the enquiry form: your name, email address, organisation, licence status, the subject of your enquiry and your message. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you hold a licence under the Medicinal Cannabis Scheme, to confirm that before discussing any supply of plant material. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Who can see it
Enquiries are read by Haze Pharma staff. We do not sell or share your information. It is stored with our website host, Cloudflare, which may process data outside New Zealand.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a licence holder.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Send the request through the enquiry form. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
